location is great!
comfortable bed quiet night warm room
the room had everything i needed. the bed was comfortable the room looked good and the night was quiet. i was pleased to find a fridge. the room was very warm even hot it was great after long hours outside.
i found the pillows a little too soft for my liking but i managed it was fine.

the proximity to shopping areas and various restaurants is fantastic everything is within walking distance. the hotel is close to trains and the metro making it easy to explore. it's a superb location for exploring.

the staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. they assisted me with directions and recommendations. the reception area was always staffed and ready to assist guests which gave me a feeling of security.

An okay stay with some issues
stairs to elevator room dust
The location was good, close to transportation.
The elevator situation was a PROBLEM. There were stairs to get to it!). the cleanliness was not great. I noticed dust in the room.

hard bread disruptive music
the room size had a generous amount of natural light and that was acceptable.
the bread offered during breakfast was very hard, i noticed that most food items seemed like they were being re-served over an extended period and that was disappointing. also, the music from the bar on the first floor was very disruptive, i did not like that. the beverages in the fridge were getting warmer, i think it wasn't cooling properly.
